At Long Neck Dispensaries, we value your satisfaction and want every purchase to meet your expectations. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Return Eligibility
- Unopened Products – Items must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return within 30 days of purchase.
- Damaged Orders – If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Items – If you received the wrong product, notify us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll promptly send the correct item or process a refund.
Return Shipping: Return instructions will be provided if applicable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Opened or partially consumed bottles
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards or promotional giveaways
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
If Your Refund Hasn’t Arrived
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved:
- Check your bank or credit card statement.
- Contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary.
